By admin | July 27, 2009

411 Motor Speedway is located in Seymour, Tennessee.

Description: The track is a 1/3 mile dirt oval with banked turns. The track’s surface is well maintained which allows for fast, competitive racing.

The speedway runs a weekly show on Saturday nights. There are occasional special events, but for the most part, the track focuses on producing  a quality show with its regular classes.

Those regular weekly classes include:

Late Models, Super Trucks, Street Stocks, Modified Mini, Pure Mini, Classics and Crate Modified.

In October the track will host the O’Reilly’s Steelhead National Championship.

The track is well run and the racing is very good in each class. For those who live in Sevier, Blount, Knox and other surrounding counties it is an excellent track to call home. For the many people who visit the area each year, it is a great place to pay a visit.

Due to a curfew rule, racing must be completed by 11:00pm.

Directions: The track is located on Highway 411, one mile off of Chapman Highway in Seymour, Tennessee. Of all the tracks in East Tennessee, this is one of the most centrally located and easiest to find.

From Knoxville: Take Chapman Highway(Hwy. 441) South to the intersection of Highways 441 and 411. Turn right on Highway 411 South (as if going to Maryville). The track will be on the right about one mile after turning onto Highway 411.

From Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg: Take Chapman Highway(Hwy. 441) North to the intersection of Highways 441 and 411. Turn left just past the Food City and Sevier County Bank. The track will be on the right about one mile after turning onto Highway 411.
